The birth of the JerryAir virtual airline concept came in response to growing interest in virtual Type Rating and the need to create a community centred around a passion for flying. Initiated by a group of enthusiasts under the leadership of Jerzy "Captain Speaking", JerryAir aims to simulate real airline operations while preserving the procedures and standards used in the real aviation industry.
During the design and planning stage of the JerryAir virtual airline, we focused on innovation and attention to detail, allowing us to build strong foundations for the airline's future operational structure. Our goal is to create a framework that not only reflects real aviation procedures, but also introduces unique elements that will set us apart from other virtual airlines.
Signing the agreement with Captain Jerzy means that we are moving into the practical implementation of our plans. We are starting the process of building an operational structure that will cover every aspect of the airline's activity, from fleet management to the development of training programmes for pilots. This cooperation will also allow us to introduce quality standards reflecting the real procedures used by commercial airlines.
After months of preparation, we organised our first major event, which took place as part of WOŚP.
We received further applications from pilots interested in taking part in the JerryAir project.
We started building the website and the pilot panel.
